[The answer comes incredibly late because Eren is a great friend who is great with technology and who also just spent like 10 hours on the run from vomit aliens after being attacked in midair.
But to his credit once he sees Armin's name on the message he gets on trying to answer it right away while they trek through the snow. Since Armin is effectively AFK and busy with sharks or something, he manages to get several messages out in succession.]

[Eren's point wasn't even close to being the furthest, but they're all a little pathetic at this point. People have probably started to arrive at the rendezvous by now in dribs and drabs, but the group Eren's with is still working on it.
There's a prolonged pause after Armin's message, because Eren needs to a) figure out how to view that attachment and b) wrap his mind around what that doodle is supposed to represent. Both of those figures look a little familiar. One more than the other.

Though the thought of the Captain being injured enough to need help like that is a pretty sobering one once it sinks in. Especially in a place as fucking weird and dangerous as this is turning out to be. At least it doesn't sound particularly life threatening, though he has to wonder how it happened. No one's perfect, but Levi's not exactly your average soldier.
